Terms of service

These terms apply to the Folio website and app, provided by Mase Labs, a sole proprietorship operating as Mase Labs. Folio is being prepared for testing and is not currently available for production installation or paid use.

What Folio does

Folio is designed to collect purchase order PDFs after a Shopify checkout and help merchants track whether the documents have been received and reviewed. It does not validate, approve, or pay purchase orders.

Merchant responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for their payment options, order decisions, customer notices, and compliance with applicable laws. Merchants should upload only documents they are authorized to handle and should keep their Shopify account secure.

Availability and billing

During testing, no subscription is offered and no payment is due. The planned $9.99 monthly plan is not active. If Folio becomes available for purchase, the merchant will see final plan terms before accepting a charge.

Service limits

Folio is provided as available. We may suspend access to protect the service or investigate misuse. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
